In 2005, the name changed to Premier Rainwatergoods (Pty) Ltd, and in 2016, the company was bought by Deneb Investments Limited, a company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. From a humble beginning in the heart of Limpopo to a global success, a family legacy transformed into a global brand, still operating from Polokwane with a Level Two B-BBEE rating.
